Step 2 :Do, share the photos and tags of the Product(s) you wish to exchange/return, along with the reason for exchange.for exchange you may return the product to us at B501 Pioneer belina, Althan canal road, Althan, Surat 395017,Gujarat within 7 days,with intact packing and bubble wrap,along with the invoice.

step 3 :Once we receive the product, we will check the product  and issue you a coupon code of the same product value within 5 days of receiving your return.The coupon code is a one-time use code and cannot be applied again to any other order. The coupon code has a 1-year validity from the date of issuance and can be used any time within the 1 year period for your purchase.

Cancellations

Orders can only be cancelled before they are shipped. Once shipped, no order cancellation requests are accepted.In case you choose for monetary refund for your prepaid order, then the refund will be issued to your original payment mode after 5% deduction for Payment Gateway charges.
